Health Considerations

At Sisu Space, your wellbeing comes first. Sauna and cold plunge practices are deeply restorative, but they also place unique demands on the body. Please take a moment to review the following information before your visit to ensure a safe and comfortable experience.

General Guidelines

  • Hydration: Drink plenty of water before, during, and after your session. Avoid alcohol and heavy meals beforehand.

  • Listen to your body: Move between the sauna and cold plunge at your own pace. Step out, cool down, or rest whenever needed.

  • Attire: Please wear a swimsuit and bring a towel and water bottle.

Health Conditions

If you have any of the following conditions, please consult your healthcare provider before participating:

  • Heart or circulatory conditions

  • High or low blood pressure

  • Respiratory issues

  • Pregnancy

  • Recent illness, fever, or injury

  • Any medical condition that may be affected by heat or cold exposure

During Your Session

Stay mindful of how you feel. Lightheadedness, nausea, or dizziness are signs to step out and rest. Never push past your limits — this is a practice of balance and awareness.

Waiver Requirement

All guests must complete a short Participant Waiver before their session. This helps us ensure every guest understands the nature of the experience and participates safely.
